Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® Techniques Workshop - Saturday 21st February

Join us in our Urban Fresh Home studio for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll explore the world of Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan. Whether you’re brand new to DIY or already love getting creative, this class is all about learning, experimenting, and having fun while building real skills you can use again and again.

And because color is king in 2026, we’ll also dive into today’s biggest trend — color drenching — using rich, layered tones to create depth, personality, and bold statement pieces that transform a space.

We’ll guide you step-by-step through four core painting techniques and show you how to create stunning finishes using Annie Sloan’s signature waxes.

What you’ll learn:

• Two-color finishes for depth and character
• Smooth, modern finishes
• Textured, rustic looks
• Soft, layered color-wash effects
• Waxing techniques using:Clear & Dark Soft WaxBlack & White Soft Wax

Everything is provided — paint, tools, materials, plus light refreshments. Just bring your curiosity and wear something you don’t mind getting a little paint on.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you settled in and started on time.

Should I bring my own snacks?

We will have a selection of refreshments including snacks included in your ticket. However if you have certain dietry requirements feel free to bring your own including any alcoholic beverage you prefer.

Do I need to be crafty or have experience?

No prior experience is necessary and is even suitable for ones 13+.

Refund Policy?

Refunds are available up to 2 days before the event. Ticket is transferable to another person on the same workshop date. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions or concerns.
