We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products and customer service. Please read through our policies carefully to understand the terms regarding refunds, shipping, and returns.

1. Refund Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, refunds are only offered under specific conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs for returning damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
  • Incorrect Orders: In case you receive the wrong item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Note: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any other reason, as each product is custom-made specifically for your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. All other sales are final.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at urbanfreshservices@me.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of any damage or defects.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us, including the return address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for returning non-defective items are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the country. Orders under $150 will incur applicable shipping rates.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on your location but typically range from 5-10 business days.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within country. For inquiries regarding future availability, please contact us.

Returns Policy

  • Non-Returnable Items: Any items that are custom-made, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made items, unless damaged or defective.
  • Products returned without prior approval from our customer service team.
  • Items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition or packaging.
